Wales has entered a new Lockdown, and we would like to reassure our community that City Hospice’s patient services will continue.

Our doctors, nurses, counsellors and support team will  ensure our patient services continue in lockdown to care for our patients and their families.

Clinical Services

Our palliative care team, will continue to visit patients in their own homes throughout Cardiff, providing the care and support these individuals need. This is a challenging time for everyone in society. Those living with life limiting and terminal illness are facing additional challenges, and our role is to provide care and respect, so that these people in our community can live their fullest lives for as long as possible.

Bereavement Counselling Services

City Hospice has always offered counselling services to our patients, and bereavement services to the families of our patients. However, during the pandemic, we have been working with Welsh Government to provide additional bereavement counselling services to people living in Cardiff, the county of Bridgend and areas of Rhondda Cynon Taf. If you would benefit from the professional bereavement counselling services, please click here for more information.
