City Hospice is at the heart of Cardiff, providing medical and nursing care for patients facing a life limiting illness, which includes end of life care, and support to their families.
City Hospice is one of over 126 hospices across Wales, Scotland and England taking part in the ‘This is Hospice Care’ campaign, a national initiative facilitated by Hospice UK highlighting the growing need for hospice care and the critical important of legacy gifts in Wills.
