Why a Pink Poppy?
A Pink Poppy is a meaningful symbol of compassion, love, peace and admiration, perfect for honouring loved ones and supporting the work of City Hospice in a stunning display in Cardiff Castle.
When will the flowers be on display in Cardiff Castle?
The Forever Flowers display at Cardiff Castle will take place from 06th to 16th August.
How much is a flower?
Our Forever Flowers cost £28 per flower.
Is there a limit to how many flowers I can buy?
No, you can purchase as many flowers as you wish (subject to availability).
Can I make an additional donation?
Yes, you are welcome to make an additional donation, supporting the lives of the people we care for at the time when it’s needed the most.
When can I visit the display at Cardiff Castle?
You can visit the display at Cardiff Castle from 01st to 08th August.
The revised opening times are:
Thursday 6 August – 6.00pm to 8.00pm (Celebration of Life)
Friday 7 August – 10.00am to 4.00pm
Saturday 8 August – 10.00am to 4.00pm
Sunday 9 August – Closed
Monday 10 August – 10.00am to 4.00pm
Tuesday 11 August – 10.00am to 4.00pm
Wednesday 12 August – 10.00am to 4.00pm
Thursday 13 August – 10.00am to 2.00pm
Friday 14 August – 10.00am to 3.00pm
Saturday 15 August – Closed
Sunday 16 August – 10.00am to 3.00pm
Is there a charge to enter Cardiff Castle grounds?
No, entry to the castle grounds is free of charge. There is a fee to enter the castle buildings.
Do you have directions to the Castle?

Is the display wheelchair accessible?
The display is paved with accessible ramps, however, if you wish to access the information desk there are some grassy areas.
When will my flower be available to collect?
You can collect your Forever Flower from Cardiff Castle during the final two days of the display – 14th & 16th August.
Can I collect my flower from the hospice?
Yes, you can collect your Forever Flower from the hospice on Wednesday 19th between 3pm and 7pm, Thursday 20th between 10am and 2pm or Friday 21st between 10am and 2pm
Can I get the flower delivered?
Yes, for an additional £7.50 we can post your Forever Flower to you after the display.

What Timpson stores can I take my flower to get engraved?
You can get your Forever Flower engraved at the following stores; Culverhouse Cross (Tesco), Croyton Asda, St Mary’s Street Cardiff, Llanishen Morrisons. Please remember to bring your receipt or email confirmation as proof of purchase when you visit your chosen store for engraving.
