Join our awareness day on Monday 24th February for patients and their carers/family who have recently been diagnosed with dementia. We understand what a difficult time this can be for people and have arranged this awareness day to help.

Dr James Davies, Palliative Care Consultant:
Andrew Wade, Social Worker
Katie Tucker, Welfare Rights Officer
Alexandra James, Advanced care planning nurse

They’ll be plenty of advice on hand as we look at topics such as staying safe in your own home, financial advice and much more.

They’ll also be an opportunity to arrange 1:1 sessions with members of our clinical team in addition to booking up to 6 free sessions of complimentary therapy.
