Teams will enjoy this beautiful course, playing a shot gun start and finishing a great day of golf with a delicious meal and prize giving.
By taking part in this charity golf day, you will be helping us to provide specialist medical, nursing and end of life care to patients in their own homes. We are the only at-home palliative care provider for the city of Cardiff and need to raise a total of £2m to keep these specialist services running.
