Spiro Borg runs ‘Spiro’s Fine Dining & Events’ and this year celebrates 30 years in business. The company has over 100 staff and venue partners include the Cardiff Blues, Ffos Las Race Course, the Cardiff Devils and Cottrell Park Golf Club.

He is proud to be an ambassador and said,
