Neil Carter is the Managing Director of Carter Lauren Construction LTD, one of Wales’ largest construction companies. He is also Chairman of his beloved Bargoed RFC.

The staff at Carter Lauren Construction are avid supporters of City Hospice having raised over £46,000 from cycling the length of Wales in two days and completing the Welsh Three Peaks challenge.
