Michael is an experienced Organisational Development/ HR consultant. He has extensive experience of organisational change, innovation and team and leadership development. He has been involved with a number of start-up companies in Wales over the last 10 years and has additionally served as a Non-Executive director of a number of companies in the both the financial and business services sectors.

He holds an MBA from the University of Bath and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a member of The Association of Business Psychologists.

A keen rugby supporter of his native Ireland, he has also been known to run the odd marathon/ half marathon.
