Kathryn Knowles

Kath began her working life in management in the NHS in Wales and the East Midlands, and has subsequently held a range of senior HR positions across a variety of fields including higher and further education, the NHS, and the charity sector, in a career spanning more than 35 years.  Originally from Swansea, Kath has sung with one of Cardiff’s leading mixed voice choirs since coming to live in the city in 1989.  She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is hoping to use her experience to support City Hospice in various areas and particularly on people management issues.
