Helen Miller has been on the board of City Hospice for 10 years. Helen is a qualified barrister and law lecturer. Significantly, Helen has a demonstrable background in advising and participating from a non-executive perspective on a number of health related boards such as Cardiff Local Health Board, Multi Research Ethics Committee and the National Patient Information Advisory Group.
