After an international career in people development and team building, Gerald (‘Gerry’) Puttock formed – and for 11 years managed – a charity that ran after-school homework club sessions for children in the minority communities of Cardiff Bay. He is a Member of South Glamorgan Community Health Council and a Director of two not-for-profit companies, one that offers support and advice to veterans of the armed forces and their families faced with an end-of-life prognosis. The other Community Interest Company is education focused.  Gerald was, for four years, Chair of Governors of a 2500-pupil secondary school in West Sussex.
