Dorothy’s background is in HR management. A Chartered Fellow and HR professional with a wealth of experience gained at both organisational and strategic levels. She has enjoyed a career as a HR Manger/Director and has over 30 years experience in the field of human resource management.

Found her niche in HR, helping organisations with complex issues, working with individuals and really enjoying volunteering on a range of projects including: running promotional events, helping disabled people overcome challenges in work, as a trustee and a variety of community support work.
