Alastair Milburn is the Managing Director of Effective Communications, based in Llandaff, Cardiff. He founded the company in 2005, having been the award-winning editor of the South Wales Echo for three years prior to that.

Alistar is sports-mad and has regularly run marathons for charities over the years as well as organising other events too.
