Our aim is to ensure every patient can live their life to the fullest for as long as possible and create lasting memories for their families. We offer bereavement counselling and support for anyone in Cardiff experiencing loss and grief. Our services are provided free of charge, meaning we need to raise more than £2.3m each year to ensure we can keep caring for Cardiff.
