Whitchurch shop relaunch

On Wednesday 28th September, George Thomas Hospice Care relaunched its popular Whitchurch Charity Shop.  The shop which has been part of Whitchurch Village for many years has recently had a facelift and this was the launch of its new look.  Angela, the shop’s new manager, has been hard at work getting the shop ready for the relaunch and said,

“I’ve loved getting stuck in here at the shop and can’t wait for everyone else to see the new look.  The shop is so important in raising money for essential community based hospice care that I’m sure people will want to support it.  We’re always looking for more donations to turn into nursing care, so please drop your unwanted goods directly to us here at the shop, or to the hospice centre in Whitchurch during office hours. “

Tom Shanklin added,

“Its a pleasure to be here to support George Thomas Hospice Care who do such valuable work in the community.  I hope the community of Whitchurch will continue to support them.”
