New shop to open in Ely needs a team to help run it
Our seventh charity shop will be opening in Ely in August and we’re looking for volunteers to help run it. The shop, located on Cowbridge Road West, will be our largest yet and sell a range of items including clothes, furniture, and electricals.
We’re looking for volunteers with a can-do attitude to support our shop manager in raising money for life-limited patients and their families across Cardiff. Till operating, clothes sorting, pricing and merchandising – there’s something for everyone! The shop will be open from 9:00 until 17:00, Monday to Saturday, with shifts between these times to suit.
If you’re interested, pop into the Ely & Caerau Hub on Cowbridge Road West between 10:00 and 14:00 on Tuesday 25 July 2017 to meet Alex, our Volunteer Officer, and learn more information about what it’s like to volunteer. You can also pick up a paper application form on the day or apply online.
