“This is such an honour to receive the Charity of the Year award and is a much appreciated acknowledgement of the work of the whole team. During the pandemic we are proud to have remained in the community caring for patients throughout. We also extended our bereavement service so that more people can access our support. Our fundraising team worked tirelessly too to bring Forever Flowers to Cardiff Castle. This was an excellent fundraiser for the hospice. Importantly it gave people the opportunity to come together and remember and celebrate the lives of lost loved ones. I am so proud of the whole team.”
