Make the memory of your loved ones shine at the City Hospice Sparkle Walk.
The Sparkle Walk is back on Friday 23rd September. Take part in this night-time walk and help us raise funds for patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families. Thank you to Dario Security for being our Headline Sponsor for a second year.
Write the name of your loved one on your specially produced City Hospice Sparkle Walk t-shirt and wear it with pride as you walk for them.
The 10k route will start on the grounds of Cardiff’s iconic, Insole Court and take you through Llandaff and into Whitchurch where you’ll stop at City Hospice. Here, you’ll have the chance to leave a message for your loved one in our special Memory Garden. There’ll be tea, coffee and cake available for those taking part. The walk will then continue back towards Insole Court where you’ll be welcomed with a medal and some sparkle.

By taking part in this event, you’ll be helping us to continue providing specialist medical, nursing and end of life care to patients in their own homes. We offer counselling (to adults and children), welfare benefits advice and day centres with a range of activities. We are the only at-home palliative care provider for the city of Cardiff and need to raise a total of £2m to keep these specialist services running. That’s why your support is essential and always appreciated.

Please note this event is suitable for families, groups of friends, colleagues, and any persons over the age of 8. One form must be completed per person. People under the age of 18 must walk with a registered adult at all times.
