An Exclusive Event for City Hospice Cardiff Half Marathon Runners

We’re thrilled to invite all City Hospice Cardiff Half Marathon runners to a special, exclusive event with Welsh Endurance Athlete Olivia Tsim. Whether it’s your first half marathon or you’re chasing a PB, this evening is designed to help you feel confident, informed, and inspired ahead of race day.

🏃‍♀️ What to Expect:

Join Olivia for an engaging and motivational session where she’ll share:

  • Proven training strategies and pre-race day tips
  • Insights on race day pacing, nutrition, and mindset
  • Advice on overcoming common running challenges
  • A Q&A session where you can ask your own questions

This is your chance to learn from someone who has raced at an elite level and understands the mental and physical demands of endurance running – all while supporting a cause that matters. We’ll also provide support and advice on how to supersede your fundraising goal, ensuring you meet your target!

📅 Event Details:

Date: Wednesday 17th June
Time: 6:30pm – 8pm
Location: City Hospice, Whitchurch Hospital Grounds, Park Road, CF14 7BF
Cost: Free – exclusive to City Hospice runners!

🎟️ Spaces are limited!

This is a free event and exclusive to our City Hospice Runners. However, if you’d like to bring a friend and/or family member, you can add extra ticket(s) for an additional £10 donation per person.
