100 Heroes Challenge – Your challenge, Your distance, Your City Hospice
Our 100 Heroes Challenge is back for 2022!
Following the success of last years 100 Heroes we’re back and can’t wait for you to get involved. Every Hero has the option to take on any challenge of their choice, from running a marathon, to reaching 10,000 steps a day, the choice is yours. You also have the option to choose how long you would like this challenge to be. On completion, you will be rewarded with your very own Hospice Hero medal for your amazing efforts!
What #100HeroesChallenge will you choose? Just a few ideas:
Run a Marathon in a Month: you get the option to pick your date of when you run.
Walk in our Nurses’ shoes: walk 10,000 steps a day for a 2 weeks or even a month
Run/ walk 5k a day: why not take this on for a whole month?
Cycle the distance of the Welsh Coastal Path: the beauty of the coastal path on a bike? Could you take up the challenge?
We just ask that each Hero raises a minimum of 150.00 each which funds a day of essential nursing care at City Hospice.
When just ask all our Hospice Heroes to raise £150 each to cover the cost of 1 day of nursing care probvided by one of our Clinical Nurse Specialists.
