100 Heroes Challenge – Your challenge, Your distance, Your City Hospice

Due to the success of our 100 Heroes Challenge we extending it so more wonderful heroes can get involved.  Every Hero has the option to take on any challenge of their choice, from running a marathon, to reaching 10,000 steps a day, the choice is yours. You also have the option to choose how long you would like this challenge to be. On completion, you will be rewarded with your very own Hospice Hero medal for your amazing efforts!

Here are some #100HeroesChallenge ideas:

Run a Marathon in a Month: you get the option to pick your date of when you run..

Walk in our Nurses’ shoes: walk 10,000 steps a day for a 2 weeks or even a month

Run/ walk 5k a day: as the colder weather comes in, this would be a challenge to ensure you reach your 3 miles a day – why not take this on for a whole month.

Cycle the distance of the Welsh Coastal Path: keeping close to home of course!

We just ask that each Hero raises a minimum of 150.00 each which funds a day of essential nursing care at City Hospice.

When all 100 Heroes complete their challenge, we hope to raise £15,000 which covers 100 days of nursing care.
