A special thank you from Liz Andrews, CEO  – Your donations continue to make a difference

Earlier this year, in March we launched our Urgent Appeal and asked the people of Cardiff to donate to help maintain our essential service. Thank you to each and everyone of you who donated and for all your messages of support. Your generosity has made a world of difference to our patients and families throughout Cardiff. We are now launching our Recovery fund at a time when our fundraising events and activities continue to be on hold.

We still need your help

During the uncertainty of the past few months we are proud that our team at City Hospice have kept doing what they do best every day – caring for our patients and families facing a life limiting illness or terminal diagnosis. We continue to see an increase in referrals to our free service and our team have adapted to new ways of working. We provide telephone and virtual consultations but also remain in the community caring for our patients in PPE in their homes.

Some of our shops are starting to re-open slowly but our fundraising events remain cancelled so we still need your help to continue to provide exceptional care to our patients and families when they need us most. That’s why we’ve launched our Recovery Fund.

Your donations no matter how large or small mean the world to us as do your kind messages of support
