Our Light Up A Life campaign ran from 1st October to 31st December and was an opportunity to remember loves ones and help raise funds to support City Hospice, Cardiff’s local hospice.
The money raised from our campaign helps fund our free services offered to the people of Cardiff facing terminal and life-limiting illnesses and their families, at the most difficult time of their lives. Every donation we receive during this campaign will be kindly matched by the Hodge Foundation.
Our Light Up A Life 2020 campaign was very different this year as we were unable to hold our events or our Remembrance Service. We were however delighted to launch our popular virtual Star in the Sky where you could leave a dedication and donation in memory of a loved one. The virtual Star in the Sky will be available to view your dedications until 31st March 2021.
Our Remembrance Event was online this year and filmed in beautiful LLandaff Cathedral. We are grateful to everyone who took part especially West End Star Sophie Evans and Niall Allan from Only Men Aloud for giving so freely of their time. You can view the event until 31st March 2021.
Thank you to each and every person who donated to support our campaign and remember a loved one. We really appreciate it
