Add a Dedication

Leave a dedication on our virtual Star in the Sky to remember someone you love this Christmas. Join hundreds of others as their stars twinkle in the Cardiff skyline, honouring the memory of loved ones.

You will receive a link within 3 working days once your dedication is live on our Star in the Sky for you to view and share with your friends and family. You will be able to view your star on our website until 31st March 2026.

By submitting your dedication, you are agreeing for your message to be published on the City Hospice Virtual Star in the Sky.
