City Hospice is delighted to welcome EIP as a Gold Pledge, marking the beginning of an exciting new partnership that will support patients and families across Cardiff.
Founded in 2000, EIP is a leading intellectual property law firm, with a strong reputation for its expertise in complex patents and its collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to delivering high-value, international advice.
The team at EIP’s Cardiff office is passionate about supporting the local community and has chosen to partner with City Hospice after seeing first-hand the impact of its work. Several members of the team have personal experience of loved ones receiving end of life care, giving them a deep understanding of the importance of compassionate, specialist support.
Following a recent visit to City Hospice, the team were inspired by the level of care and attention provided to patients and their families, reinforcing their commitment to supporting the charity over the coming year.
Magnus Hallin, CEO at EIP, said:
“At EIP, we are committed to supporting the communities in which we work. City Hospice embodies the dignity and dedication we value so highly.
Their work providing exceptional end of life care to people and families in Cardiff is truly inspiring. We are proud to partner with City Hospice this year and look forward to standing alongside them in making a meaningful and positive impact across the local community”.
Tracey Simpson, Corporate Relationships Manager at City Hospice, said:
“City Hospice are delighted to be partnering with EIP. What began as an online enquiry about volunteering has grown into a fantastic partnership, and we’re incredibly grateful for both their generous donation and the time their team are giving through volunteer hours to support our work”.
