How fit do I need to be?
This is a challenging hike that requires a good level of fitness and stamina. Training beforehand is strongly recommended.

What support will I have on the day?
This is a self-guided walkathon – there will not be marshals at every turn, but you will be provided with a detailed map and route instructions ahead of time to help you navigate the course. First aid support will be available nearby at all times, and members of our team will be on hand should you need assistance. There will also be checkpoints and refreshments along the route to ensure everyone stays on track and can take short breaks as needed.

Yes, but they must be accompanied by an adult participating.
