Dudden Law Solicitors partners with City Hospice
Dudden Law Solicitors has appointed City Hospice as its charity of the year for 2025/2026, supporting the vital palliative care and counselling services that City Hospice provides to the local community.
Founded in 2017 by Robert Dudden, the firm has grown from its family roots into a well-established legal practice, offering expert services in Wills & Probate, Conveyancing, Family Law, Employment, and Landlord & Tenant matters. Throughout their growth, Dudden Law has remained dedicated to being approachable and accessible to the local community—values that align beautifully with City Hospice’s mission of providing compassionate care to patients and families across Cardiff.
Robert Dudden, Director shared,
“We are excited to be partnering with City Hospice, helping them to continue supporting patients and their families. The team at Dudden Law Solicitors will be taking part in various fundraising events throughout the year, and we are thrilled to be a part of this incredible cause”.
The partnership is already off to a fantastic start, with the team at Dudden Law taking part in City Hospice’s first-ever Fire Walk event and signing up for the Cardiff Half Marathon later this year. They have also dedicated time to volunteering at the charity’s Colchester Avenue flagship store, assisting in sorting pre-loved donations in the warehouse for distribution to City Hospice’s network of charity shops.
Carrianne, Client Manager said,
“Megan and I really enjoyed volunteering at your Colchester Avenue branch. We can certainly see all the hard work and necessity for volunteers to help with all the donations. It was amazing to see the impact of our work there and how this helps to raise funds for City Hospice”.
City Hospice, Cardiff’s local hospice, is the only provider of home-based specialist palliative care in the capital. Funds raised by Dudden Law will ensure the charity can continue to care for patients and their families at what can be the most difficult time of their lives.
Sarah-Jane Smart, Corporate Relationship Manager at City Hospice, added:
“Dudden Law Solicitors understands how vital the support of the business community is in helping City Hospice continue our essential services. On behalf of everyone at City Hospice, we want to say a heartfelt thank you—we are delighted to be working with you!”
