Hudo Lounge, based on Cowbridge Road in Canton, is aiming to raise £1,500 throughout the month of June in aid of City Hospice.
Every year, each Lounge restaurant across the country chooses a charity to support and fundraise for a month in the year.
We caught up with Tori Smith, who is the Community Manager at Hudo Lounge, to find out why they have chosen to support City Hospice this year for their Lounge Aid campaign.
Tori said:
“The team at Hudo Lounge have chosen City Hospice as the charity that we would love to support because it is very close to a lot of our locals hearts as well as our team. We are very passionate about raising as much money as we can for you guys as you did a lot at the end for my mum with your support with end of life care.”
City Hospice is at the heart of the community in Cardiff and would only be able to continue to offer the essential services and care, with the help of the local community fundraising for City Hospice.
Hudo Lounge are organising a variety of events throughout June to help reach their fundraising target of £1,500.
Saturday 1st June – Launch of the City Hospice Raffle
Friday 7th June – Bake Sale
Wednesday 12th June – Milkshake smash class 3pm – 5pm
Wednesday 12th June – Cocktail Master class 6pm – 8pm
Monday 24th June – Disney themed quiz and Raffle announced at 7pm
